It is here where something began to call the attention in us, that collection of information made us start to create this approach of wanting our kitchen to be known for having that contact where the cooks have that union with the diners; where from the moment they arrive at our space located in Chillán, they begin an experience in which we focus on giving our customers confidence and totally forget that they only go to eat we want to tell more than that we want to unite roots where we take them through different sensory sensations with our different menu.
